I am sure that I will get a variety of responses here, but any input is welcome.For those who may lean towards multifamily, are there any books, online courses, or in person courses that you would recommend a person look into prior to the purchase.

"Investing in real estate" is a gigantic phrase that cover everything from your typical Ma and Pa land lord who own a handful of SFH's to being part of a truly passive 1,000+ unit apartment syndication with other accredited investors, with a whole lot of variety in between.I like it that you want to help your folks: that's the mark of a good son.

Here is a secret to get rid of it, but I recommend you doing it outdoors because the fumes will be very strong- muriatic acid - dilute 1:1 with water and scrub away.
