I love the street and the people that live here, it was very sad as he was always around to give a wave as you drove by and bug you about your grass being too long!

As long as you stay on top of your market, this will be manageable until/unless we hit another strong wave of rent increases.

Both my wife and I are freelancers, making decent money but income is VERY erratic--always riding the wave.

At those high of temperatures outside there aren't many units that can keep up with that kinda of heat wave.

Wholesale Deals can be absolutely gravy, Fix & Flipping properties is tried and true and, of course, it seems way cooler on TV than it is in reality, and Multi Family dwellings is the new wave... 

In fact I would probably prefer the mountains but my wife loves the sound of the waves.

City managers and council members around here just can't help themselves when they see a big developer waving cash.

you can never time the market and I don't want to paint a wave of dark cloud picture in the horizon but here is some food for thought.

It's definitely an area that's seeing a lot of improvement, but a lot of the houses there are really being priced on the hype wave and not necessarily the true value of the house at this time.

I've pretty much only been doing houses for 12 years since 2007 but see a new wave of du and quadplexes coming from aging boomers.
