Here is the short version of how I bought two rentals today (the long version in on my blog).I was being lazy this afternoon and watching TV.

There was no tv, a/c, radio...nothing, my husband and I had a great time and we slept REALLY well from the sound of the ocean.Aruba - went for 10 days for our honeymoon.

I just bought a TV off ebay, saved like 50% as compared to retail.

There are TV shows that deal with staging a house for sale. 8)

How that is possibly my fault is beyone me, but she has one of those scumbag contingency lawyers that advertises on TV and YES she is trying to win the lawsuit lottery.

Peter - While I'd like to welcome you to the site, it seems that once again HGTV has sent its interns (or otherwise) to come to this and other forums to pitch their various TV shows.

Sounds like a typical case of an amateur watching a TV show and thinking it was as easy as they make it look.

Do you want to make a lot of money flipping houses just like you see on those TV shows?
