Hello all I want to attend a REI club and was curious if anybody in the southern California area has attended the Investors Workshop in Orange County.

I'd like to put in the offer today..I'm excited (and nervous and nauseous : )Specifically, the home I'm interested in is located in an upscale gated community in Orange county Ca.

The Midtown direct train has had major impacts upon other towns, like Maplewood, South Orange, and Orange so chances are the same will eventually happen to Bloomfield and other towns along that line.Let me know if you need access to lenders that may help fund your opportunities or if there's anything else I can do.

I live in Orange County, and I'm not even considering investing in OC.

Maplewood/South Orange's real estate took off years after and I personally think a similar effect will take place however not on the same scale because of the smaller lot sizes, etc.Prism Capital purchased the old GE building and has made heavy investment into the property.

Peter, you're mixing apples and oranges.

I have also owned rentals in Orange County, LA County and Riverside County during my investment career.When I say write down what you want, I am talking about potential income, potential appreciation, types of properties you feel comfortable owning, areas you would want to own in, and on and on.
