If you did not like that experience, maybe you should try a smaller company to get a more personalized service experience.  

These people are not even trying to hide their fraud at this point.  

I'll be bouncing back and forth between the two cities over the next four months before I move in order to get life set up and trying to learn the city... and hopefully find my next project. 

This deal is not exclusive by any means, just trying to help people get deals done.

I think they may have tried to call because I got a call with caller ID "Newrez" but when I answered, nobody there.

I CANNOT stand when someone isn't transparent and or tries to hide anything from me. 

Forgive me kind folks here for the many questions, I consider myself a newbie and believe that even if my questions are basic and many, I persevere and try to know from resources and of course great folks like you all here to grow and learn to make the right decisions.

Please try not to confuse two totally different aspects of investing when giving advice.
