Hey @Felicia Richardson - I can not speak directly to Atlanta, but we do a ton of Fannie May Homestyle renovation loans up here in Chicago. 

Practically speaking, it’s going to be quite challenging unless you spend significant time.

If you ask nicely and promise not to share, you can usually get good financial information on the properties that are currently operating as a STR.If you're just starting out looking, you may not be aware of just how many cabins out there are poor quality builds due to the lack of codes.

I had the sense to record the conversation with himself and the project engineer and the audio quality is quite good.

I think I'm speaking for myself in terms of a price point that I'm personally not comfortable with over there since it is not in my own buy box yet. 

@Jordan Sachs I can not speak to PA but in MN, yes, I have seen similar scenarios play out.
