Is it for investing in Australia or USA?

But I live in Australia, (also can't afford anywhere there) and so I don't really have the ability to do tons of boots on the ground research in different cities.  

i heard that Australia in general isnt good for investing. has anyome invsted here or know anyone who has invested here?

I've never heard of this in Australia...

We are both American citizens with jobs in Australia (we are actually dual citizens now).

In Japan as well, cash is king, and gets the best selection, fastest closings (which also saves money), and we have the advantage of being able to still get interest on the cash in between deals in Australia, where rates are still reasonable at 3-4.6% even for day to day savings.

I've worked for myself pretty much ever since i left school, i'm now a management consultant and keynote speaker in Western Australia, and for the past couple of decades i've run a fairly successful business.

While in Australia visiting family (2012) I received a couple of 2am (Australia) phone calls from my agent & we did 3 deals. 

South Korea, Australia, Maui, Brazil, Belize, We like Belize because:- Official language English- currency is pegged at $2BZD to $1USD- Property ownership laws are English based since they were ruled by England. 

Here's what I've got so far:--Cold Calling --> I cold call now in Australia, so I'm getting some good practice and should be motivated to get after it again when I get back to the states.
