Because if "the body" doesn't pay, we have to get "the body" out and it isn't fun times lolIt's important to build a large portfolio with B class or C class properties because there will always be something happening at any given moment IMO to 1 or 2 properties as I mentioned above.It's just the nature of the beast.I own a nice condo in Downtown Chicago since 2016.Tenant is a Crypto exec.Direct rent payment on the 29th of each month and haven't heard a "word" from him for many years.ROI is 3% tho lolA nice portfolio in the Midwest should deliver a net ROI year after year of 8% or so but it comes with more hassles.Anyone reading that wants to invest with us and only invest in 1 or 2 properties.Save yourself the hassle and us and don't invest 🙏Thanks ps.

This should be interesting as better agents who have more business will naturally keep the firm at higher commissions, leaving less experienced agents with more low-priced business.Uninformed sellers will push back on including buyers commissions in the sales price resulting in less competition and lower prices on those homes.Uninformed buyers will self-sort out of the market unless they meet a great agent to explain their options.
