Finally, here comes those pesky Millennials!

If you’re thinking of growing the business/franchising and catering to irony-loving millennials then you should definitely make it sound like a tech startup/ a sound a baby would make such as Stayio, Staysy, Linger-Longer, Homeasy, Homeegy, Homeonus, Motelio, etc… Or you could do something more Tom Robbins/ Another Roadside Attraction-esque to grab attention/ free publicity and toss in a combination hot dog stand/zoo into this concept and call it "Captain Kendrick's Memorial Hot Dog Wildlife Preserve Motel”.

Specifically. places where the millennials are attracted to are interesting as they are becoming the biggest renter and homebuyer group(Note: Be careful with 'historical' data.

I suspect I might just get more millennials (or younger), who are generally more of a PITA in my experience......

I am thinking of these areas where the market is slowly moving from B+ to A+ or growing areas where millennials are moving.Can you post some success stories or provide recommendations which could be beneficial for beginners likes me.

Kingston is up and coming with a lot of millennials moving to that side of town.  

I'm expecting with so many techies/millennials around, they will also need to put aging parents somewhere, especially in the next 10 to 20 years.  

As an Oregon trail millennial, most of the generations above me are stuck in the Dave Ramsey debt is bad/work your day job and save cash mentality, or they are millennials who are quite successful professionally but priced out of even owning a primary because they’ve been on the sidelines too long.
