It is very similar to the regular flu so the cure is to hydrate, manage your symptoms, keep your fevers low, eat well, sleep well and let our amazing bodies take care of it.The hysteria is interesting but I am no longer shocked by it as I have witnessed a few snow storms since moving here and the reaction is very similar.

I would also pay a great deal more for someone else to perform that work than it would cost for me to do it myself.In order to do some of this work myself, it would require me to purchase equipment (i.e. trailer, lawn/snow removal equipment, etc.).

Might be NBD, but don't make that assumption.Is water and sewer are separately metered, the tenants should be paying that expense.What about lawn care and snow removal?

Depending on billing, you might want to consider separate meters for each section if it is not already set up with multiple meters.On the metal frames, yes colder weather does not affect them as engineered systems are designed for specific locations, to account for snow loads, wind loads, etc.
