You may get lucky and catch a deal on the front side and most of the time with ANY marketing technique you will need to consistently do it for possibly months to see results.There is not one "golden" way to find deals, but there are a couple dozen "silver" ways.

The demand is absolutely insane here so if you can find the next neighborhood moving from that C to B transition, you're golden.
