Like everyone else, we're monitoring the economy as a whole, and our real estate markets to see the direction they're going in.For those of you who have decided to pause flipping, what triggers are you most carefully monitoring to indicate it's a good time to get back in? 

Plan is to continue to monitor the 3/4 unit space in my area and see what happens.

I expect the group to be closely monitored for these types of behavior, as I don't want them in here since this is to be a safe space to learn from each other. 

If it’s common meter, budget for it, monitor it, and pay for it yourself.

;-) Sounds great...right up to the point where:1 - the pet owner gets a new pet...2 - or adds one so the original pet isn't alone all day and pees all over.3 - or that small pet gets replaced by a larger one4 - or has babies5 - ...and the list goes on and onYou can write whatever you want into the lease, and it will have little effect, and almost impossible to monitor and then enforce.Dogs bark. 

You'll have to monitor it if you don't know or trust the person but that's the only way I can think of.

What security system can be used so I can monitor activity there?
