Now the two bills will go to a conference committee of republicans to reconcile the two versions of the bill, which then will need to be voted on by both chambers.

Ran the numbers, checked comps, talked to the condo's HOA committee, went through the property my realtor and it appears to be a decent investment.  

Two biggest pieces of advice I can give are 1) know your HOA docs inside and out and 2) know that condos have the added challenge of decision-by-committee.
