After going over there multiple times, my new answer is to buy a new pair and be done with it. 

Is there someone who can do some underwriting for a multifamily property and create a pitch book/ Offer document (we can get the lawyer and any third party reports).We are looking at having an extra pair of eyes on the deal documents and underwriting we are doing.Also, once done the pitch book/ offer document should be made professionally..Please do suggest agencies or consultants who could do this for me.

@Abraham Reddy we're in the same boat, I'm also sitting on some money, was waiting for the supposed "correction" early-mid next year, though I've come to realize the market fundamentals both locally in Minneapolis and nationally remain strong, and paired with rental assistance, etc, approved in the new stimulus package, I suspect prices will only continue to rise.

As mentioned by the others, that analytically side pairs perfectly with analyzing the numbers as long as you don't suffer from paralysis of analysis.
