I remember when I lived in Cupertino and the first run up.. and the Asian's were moving in in mass. it was no uncommon to have 1 to 3 a week knock on our door and offer cash for our home... this was the mid 80swho ever la grand is and if people think he dreamed up door knocking I have a memo that says I never heard of him and door knocking has been alive and well for decades nothing new there.

I talked to them and it was an Asian buyer that doesn't understand English well and is being unreasonable about the a 30yr roof (that is currently 10yrs old.)

Females tend to really like my places, I must advertise to them subconsciously :) I love people in the service industry, never a lack of cash or opportunity to generate more cash to pay rent.

@Mike Cumbie Great point I have Asian clients that came over to the US and we had a bank meeting with the pres of the bank and senior management.. the card exchange was quite formal.. two hand delivery and a bow of respect.this particular clients Asian business is work 3 times the bank... but you would never have known it when you watched him present his card to the bank pres.. out our way there are Class's we can take through MLS for dealing with foreign clients so we don't look like boorish Americans.

During the summer I get a lot of traffic to my unit from Asian tourists on their way to Yellowstone.
