If your entity is SMLLC, the activity is now reported under schedule e, even if you have two entities, it will still be reported under your schedule e.

Hello,My wife and I jointly own a rental property that we report on our Schedule E.

I asked him if he could somehow verify his legitimacy through references or other means, and he said he could e-mail me some references along with his business license.

If it's big/commercial and everything's flowing through the A/E channels it may be hard to insert yourself in all that.  

When was the last time FF&E was replaced/addressed?
