Although your neighbor may be legitimately upset she should take that up with your tenant and not you.

This is just asking for upset tenants looking for a way to get back at you afterward.

If it were mine, I'd ignore the equity in the church as it's the cash cow, and I would not want to upset it's cash flow with a bank repayment or risk foreclosure and losing it.I would also stop spending the cash that comes in, and begin saving it.How long would it take you to save one-million dollars cash (the equity amount in the building)...a year or so?

I'm not really upset about losing this deal, but MF is relatively cheap and they go quick and I want to be in the best position I can be to get the deal. 

I'm not upset, or overwhelmed it just confirms when you try to help, is kind and trying to help some people get back on their feet...

Beatiful cherry custom-built cabinets in the kitchen and all bathrooms (previous owner paid for extras) - I would probably be upset if they get damaged.And I paid over 2K for backyard landscaping (on top of 180K) - I really hope the backyard is taken care of.

Apparently, he’s lived there for years and is a hassle to other tenants too.Both brokers are upset about the dishonesty in this situation and willing to collaborate as needed. 

STR's are not passive... sometimes people get upset about the craziest things....sometimes S*%# hit the fan.....

It was entirely unused before, I can't see them being upset having the option of paid storage.
