I do at times sell to dumb people with bad agents who will over pay for a property because of the revenue it generates as a STR.  

I have tried to block this fraudster so called Real Estate Investor/agent/ broker, but instead of refunding me the $5.091 I has taken from me without any results he keeps charging me.

An agent should be able to send you a estimated proceeds sheet. 

If you want to find out how much equity you have to see if that’s an option for you, connect with a real estate agent and ask for a professional equity assessment report (PEAR).Who knows, you may find out you have enough equity to buy your next place outright– and with today’s mortgage rates, not having to take out a home loan is pretty incredible.

It’s great to see another agent specializing in investment properties here, especially someone with a deep understanding of the Washington market.

I spoke to several of the insurance agents we use here in the Disney area and they have all said that policies are regularly being written and by all they hear, will continue to do so. 

To be honest, many of us were influenced by the "cash flow" gurus/agents pushing properties in these areas, and now we're facing the consequences.It's wise to pause and reassess.
