Most experienced practitioners know one needs to be fluid and adapt to change quickly, not rigid.Keep an open mind on the fee. 

Instead of trying to save up a mammoth amount, you'd surely be better off buying properties one by one, starting small (should be able to get something for $5-10k down), and adapting your financial strategy as you go forward and learn more about buildings, construction, expenses, tenants, etc.; you will learn by doing, and your ideas are probably going to change a lot between age 20 and 30.

I'm in it for the long haul and am learning how to adapt to what our government has been forcing on us.

Recently, we have new law adapted and the landlord no longer denied to accommodate service pets or compassionate pets however most landlord had not ready to entertain tenants with pets due to lack of knowledge and readiness.

So far as we've grown it's been easy to adapt to different scenarios. 

One I used is the Netgear Powerline series Netgear Powerline when you plug in an adapter into an electrical outline near the router, signals travel through the electric wires of the house to another adapter receiver, area where you have weak or no signal.

I've also volunteered for a while with an adaptive sports clinic called Catalyst Sports as a rock climber, we work with deaf, blind, and other non-cognitive disability folks to experience and train with the joys of all kinds of sports!

Unfortunately there’s not much sign of things getting better in the short term, but we have to adapt.

I will have to adapt it to rent rolls and repair records.
