Just like with electric cars, nobody wants to talk about the true costs, the poor people (aka: slaves) digging up the materials, the damage caused by the manufacturing process, that solar only survives because our government steals money from its citizens to prop up the entire industry, involvement of Communist China, etc.If you want to use this technology to feel better about your carbon footprint, go for it.

As for the hype you’ll find by the gurus on YouTube and other social media, even if they were able to conclude a couple of these deals (which is not certain, there’s a lot of lying out there), the fact that someone with 20 years of full time real estate experience can pull off 2 spectacular deals in a 20 year period is no way indicative of an inexperienced person being able to do the same in anything like a near term time frame . 

Wake up from the lie!

As the industry is adapting with technology in my tenure I see more and more online relationships being established .

Wife is shocked and mad that she was lied to, that this "deal" was done years ago behind her back and the supposed property manager has allowed the house to severely deteriorate to less than half its value.So now what does wife do when she can't afford to hire a lawyer to straighten out the mess? 

If I go looking for my own information, I usually just bump up against a bunch of people or companies that lie to me to rip me off.

As with anything, numbers don't lie.  

Learn from those guys and have the upper hand with technology.
