If so, the market is fairly high in Oregon, however with your talents, I am sure you can start building a team, and look at properties that others may pass on because of the labor to rehab it and turn it to profits.  

Without the money, the experience, and the ability to pull together an experienced team to handle the redo, the sales and marketing talent who could sell 3 homes a week every week, and the fitness to handle outgoing renters and local authorities for zoning and building code issues it could not have happened.Jack is right.

As professionals, we just have to build a good network of talented ppl and educate the public. 

What you do is whatever your talent is and what you like.
