@Patrick Strain on the carpet , the corners looks dark and the dark patches in the middle.. could be water damage/mold?

Because he was a nice guy and an awesome carpenter I kept him on my job even though he would dissapear for weeks on end and totaled 4 trucks in the two year span I have known him.It ended up costing me both financially and strained my marriage.

@Patrick Strain's comment about 'no strategy'-- I totally agree--no cookie cutters for me either! 

Still good friends with one of them but it does put a strain on relationships. 

Now building a new home, that can put a strain on a marriage. lol.Every single "reality show" on television isn't.

Worst case is I have to fill in the pool because it's beyond repair, but other than that, the heating and cooling systems are fantastic, the roof is good, the windows only need panes repaired.

Now after exactly four years she has moved out leaving a huge financial strain for me and my mom. 

It is obvious the paint was not good at some point allowing the water damage to occur.Windows:  Old single pane windows.
