If it's damage from an old infestation that has already been treated you can just repair the damaged framing.Jill, I am also wondering how I can tell if it's still active or not, just talked to the prior owner who said never had any bug problem in the last 5 years and he sprayed every year even for bed bugs.But he only owned it for last 5 years and not sure if there was termite treatment before.Lei

The ones I can think of that I won't be covering - Kitchen/cooking (tinfoil, parchment, saran wrap, baggies), shampoo/conditioner, Food (coffee, tea, sugar, salt/pepper, spices), dryer sheets/fabric softener, general cleaner (like a Lysol spray), Kleenex.Any differences for you between what you do cover/what you don't?

When the fire dept. came out they just sprayed that house to kill the fire so water maybe sitting behind the walls etc.You would then need to check all the electrical wires and potentially have to bring everything up to code depending on how old the house is.
