A little background information of myself:1.)I just recently graduated from high school as an honor student who is working as an assistant manager/receptionist at a real estate firm.  2.)I have grown up participating in 6 sports(possibly irrelevant to this topic but hopefully providing you guys an impression/idea of me as well). 3.)As stated in the post subject, I am an 18 year old. 4.)I come from a family of self-employed business owners, doctors, engineers, and stock investor(s).5.)I'm quite the tech-savvy person 6.)I will be taking 13 credits of college courses at a community college in the fall semester I under this career demands a great deal of one's time but I am willing to sacrifice that time for this career by limiting my social outings.

Business is a team sport.

Hello BP family, any way of getting a heads up on cities with fast development, whether it is a sports stadium in the area that will increase the cost of living in area or small cities that are growing at a rapid rate?

Sport science?

I now work with a building designer who walks into the city department, glad hands the people, talks sports, and walks out with stamped plans in a couple days.  

Burke, in my opinion, is a visionary in his sport - I am watching him hit targets that most people don't even see or know of their existence... 

Real estate is a team sport; you need attorneys, title companies, buyers, contractors etc.

That's the price to induce you to go in the first place, at which time you'll be sold dreams of bikini clad women, Italian sports cars and yachts, and a date with one, (or maybe all), of the Kardashian's.Then they lower the boom and will attempt to upsell you to their "real deal".  

Anything potentially noisy or otherwise annoying nearby - airport, train tracks, Interstate, big factory, sports stadium, race track, etc?
