They walked away from their leases, took FEMA money to move (and maybe even replace some "damaged" possessions, and are now living in new housing on the taxpayers dime. 

And that may sound undoable but those deals are out there on mls if you make enough offers.  

Also, Fixated moved my closing date a few times, but luckily I didn’t have another deal at risk.Does this sound typical?
