We will keep an eye on the multi-family inventory in MA going forward since if we see a sharp increase in inventory this will be a good forward looking indicator that prices may start to come down.

The guys out on the sharp end are not going to do well taking orders from the guys in the office who have no idea what they're actually doing.

Realty mogul from what i saw quickly got out of notes and went right into equity deals and is doing much better and Jilliene who runs it is very sharp.. she had a tiny little office in Beverly Hills when i met her.

@Harrison Sharp I don't think I would like to do something without a permit...Is buying a property with a workshop already built will consider being an ADU if it got a permit when built?

If your agent is sharp, you'll only deal with pre-qualified buyers, not tire kickers.But, many will complain, "The house won't pass a VA/FHA/USDA inspection!"

Leah I have met Missy nice lady very sharp and experienced  the other one you mention i think is Martel  don't know them. although I think I remember them maybe working Geary IN.. 

They're necessary for keeping your building looking sharp and lets tenants know not to mess with you.
