I have seen several of these deals fall out with them in the past few weeks.

There are several topical solutions that can be applied to the dog to reduce fleas.

She works for me several hours a week and it's been a good way for her to learn the business, make some extra money, and help me with my to do list. 

I do have a portfolio loan that encumbers several SFRs, so that is a possibility…one origination fee, a bunch of appraisals and a new mortgage over a handful of properties.  

I was listed with four different realtors over the past several years, but I don't think they were  putting too much effort in selling the lot.                                     

If there are only 2-3, then investigate and question GC.3) Check with your state's Attorney General's office for any complaints.4) Contact several City Building Depts in the area and ask for list of permits they've pulled.

Again several factors at play but just providing information based on your criteria.

However, I have no idea how to choose from the remaining cities, it seems there are a lot of potential options:- Midwest - Michigan (ie: Grand Rapids) seems to have options, also seeing Columbus Ohio and Indianapolis coming up- Reno - I've seen mentioned several times on here- Pittsburgh / Philadelphia / Twin Cities - All mentioned as lower cost to get started, and seem to be experiencing growthI'd ideally like to find a place that has strong potential for future growth, a diversified economy, and I don't mind living in (being close to nature would be a plus).
