The handle on our Fisher Paykel dish drawer was broken because a guest didn't know how to unlock it: more pictures.

@Lucas Pinto - REAPS satellite meetings have some meat to them, but the main meetings are a sell fest.

I hate to put a picture on MLS of a kitchen with dirty pans on the stove and a sink full of dishes.

It is so hard to delegate when your reputation is being judged with every dish that goes out.

I don't think EIU will close, my opinion is that a bigger school like U of I or SIU will buy the campus and make it a satellite.  

I'm an agent and investor, mainly in the in the beachside areas of Indialantic, Satellite and Indian Harbour Beach but do some business mainland as well.

Sometimes the neighborhoods are D-ish and I try to stay away from those but I am finding some of these 2/1s in B-,C+ areas and some are listed at 45-55k(or less but with work needed) rent ready and rent for 650-750.

Buying a neglected, 125 year old, 3 unit home in a historic neighborhood as property #1 is dishing me up as much as I can take but you can "swallow an elephant one bite at a time" and that's what I'm doing with that one.
