My fiance and I are currently in the same process and it is refreshing. 

Very refreshing outlook on life and Real Estate and everyone could greatly benefit from a read.

Some of it accurate, some of it, well, maybe not so much.Coincidentally, I just took my 4 hour RRP refresher course 2 days ago.

Mostly just saying hi, trying to refresh my memory, learn and network. stop by say hi consider me a newbie. 

Some units just need some 'refreshing' - paint, new appliances (in kitchenettes), etc.The day we buy it the cash on cash isn't great but we will implement the rubs right away which saves about $900/month.

I found bigger pockets and have already refreshed old knowledge and learned a few new things.

Nothing happens when I click on page 2, or, subsequent pages.I've tried refreshing my browser but that doesn't work.However, when just browsing through the forums I don't have any issue accessing any subsequent pages in topics.

A landing page is trivial and only performs thing, redirect to wherever you desire.You can trigger the redirection from the user click OR with a timeout meta refresh.
