That’s great that consumers want something different, doesn’t negate the fact that an STR is a hotel, bed and breakfast, or whatever new age name you label it as.  

My plan is to never sell any of my properties for several reasons but the the most important reason for me is to not kill the goose that lays the golden eggs just to have a nice breakfast.

A few weeks ago, he came into the kitchen for breakfast sporting his favourite bright orange pants which not longer reached his ankles and informed his Mom that it was time to go to Kijiji because his pants had shrunk.

The old-school charm could attract customers, and the location could draw in tourists.Depending on the size of the building, it could be converted into a small hotel or bed and breakfast.

While making breakfast, driving to work, working out, cooking dinner, etc. 

@Gregory DeRosso I haven't checked cost but if rooms reasonable u can just buy me breakfast or lunch or dinner or when it's over treat me to bar or lounge for dinner/ drinks connect with me on here .

@Julie MarquezI used to have the same disease, penny pinching everything from breakfast to dinner, Sunday to Sunday, until one day I woke up and realized it's no fun to live this way.

The shed still looks great in unpainted cedar, and the chickens are still providing breakfast.  

There is also a breakfast meeting every Wed. morning at the Athens Restaurant on Harrison Ave. in Canton at 8:30am. 

In addition to everything listed above, even if you can make a go at a bed and breakfast business and you get customers, you have a risk of some astronomical hard to predict bill cropping up.
