I've found the product to truthfully be better than an Anderson 100 series window and while I've been fortunate not to have any maintenance issues thus far, my supplier who I've worked with for a few years and trust has made a point of emphasis in saying their warranty response is excellent.

Like many (most) businesses it requires an investment of capital; money expenditure for ongoing marketing; management of operating, marketing and professional personnel; keeping accounting records and filing tax returns; established sales practices; constant monitoring of goals, budgets, and productivity; establishment and implementation of operational systems; and providing customer service.

And what type of loan product have you found to be the best for the above scenarios? 

It just isn't as useful if people can't promote.But, I think that all that can be said on the issue, has been said, and from here on it just gets non-productive. ;-)  BP has changed, Mike Hern is happy doing his thing and BP carries on.
