They are not a class with special privileges.

At that point there is attorney-client privilege to deal with.

Imagine that your life is so privileged that someone calling you "hon" is one of your biggest concerns that needs to be addressed.

Two suggestions: You need to charge guests for the privilege of having their pool heated.

It clearly states we the privilege to walk away and not forfeit any money on a appraisal lower than the contract amount.
