I mentioned this to 2 agents and they looked at me like I was a space alien. 

They didn't want men gambling away the house in a poker game and leaving the women and children without a place to live.The intent I think for a home to be designated your homestead is that is where you live. 

Are buyers looking for more urban spaces, or is suburban living still on the rise?

It is very common in the investment advisor space. for example, if I find an investment advisor and want to know how his client's portfolio has performed last 3 years they do not make that  information up, its verified. 

I see a number of economic development and community vitality initiatives initiated circa 2020, including a community master plan, the development of the MetroHealth complex and associated green space, the Community Housing Plan 2030, 25Connects, Mayor Frank Jackson's Neighborhood Transformation Initiative, and others.

How soon do you like to advertise a space once you know a vacancy will be coming available?

I am new to the syndication space, have been landlording & investing off and on for 20 years.
