You might want to talk to code enforcement in Waterville (don't give the address) to see what their philosophy is.Some landlords do get away with having common area items on tenants' meters, but you are not that guy.

I have developed my own philosophy and business plans based on my needs. you can do the same.It appeasers that you have some capital to invest so you are already miles ahead of the hoards of would be investors who are working hard at wholesaling without any money of their own to invest.Determine what you want, make a plan, share the plan with colleagues on this site and then pull the trigger.
