I will say I went through a LOT of extra work and untold amounts of stress and anxiety over being threatened by this unethical company, JETZ for something as small and stupid as a washer and dryer at a 6-plex.  

I hate the anxiety of waiting to see what may happen.

I don’t know if the $500 or so we would get from him would be worth the anxiety.

I understand your anxiety with mfh but a property from my research is usually good when the numbers make sense and the location is right. let me know - im interested to see what you will do. 

Don't work yourself with too much anxiety.

I will not allow anxiety to cause me make rushed decisions.

But I'm determined to make this happen so I'm hoping that, to help remove some of this anxiety, you guys can give me your expertise on a few questions I have.

@Andy D. your right I guess its just the anxiety in me that makes me worry, and especially because its my first rental.

The last week before we closed, the attorneys were still scrambling to get important documents to each other and file certain provisions with the State and City...my anxiety was through the roof all the way up until closing, when the seller's attorney had to hand deliver the original documents to closing (she ended up sending the documents in an Uber because it was late Friday night and the holiday traffic meant that she might not make it back home before Saturday to observe the Sabbath.)All in all, this was a VERY eventful process.

@Sam Rogers,A few months ago, we had our first applicant that was legit scary (just got out of jail for murder), so I definitely understand  the anxiety!
