Typical outfitting costs costs about $20 per foot and the houses are about 1,800 sqft making  this a loss.

Ideally you find a engineering and survey outfit that can do both, but you want to be sure they aren't just engineers, but are intimately familiar with the land use game.

Really there's only a dozen or so real HML that the money comes from, other smaller outfits are Brokers with lending sounding names.Nothing wrong dealing with a broker btw.
