Should it happen organically or should I just ask?

Things are a lot more organized up here in the Northern Territories and we don't get hurricanes.   

They serve veteran women who deal w/ substance abuse and homelessness.

Maybe some sort of "white glove" organization exists, but doubtful.Also, it would be better to split it up for sourcing issues, just like hiring trades instead of general contractors.For example, it took me two years to find my agent. 

I would think they would be professional - this organization stands to make a lot of money from you if you're successful.

If it’s a local organization, they typically act as the case worker for the tenant to get assistance.

Find someone of that size and learn their organization and team.  

It's a straightforward process that keeps everything organized.
