I've finally decided to start my journey after listening to Biggerpockets podcasts.

Probably naive on my part from listening to sales person, but I explained that I was pressed for time on my day job, and he told me Flipsystem only requires 3-5 hours a week tops.

But finding deals in Huntsville/Madison right now is virtually impossible unless you have numerous and strong connections for off-market properties.  

The integration of ChatGPT can offer real estate brokers numerous automation and streamlining advantages.

First invested a solid chunk of money into a flipping mentorship, listened to every BP Rookie episode ever made, more podcasts, more books, more phone calls, and finally landed a really cool position working for an investor in my area.

You realize quickly you have to walk numerous properties to learn, create a SOW, create a budget, and see if a property is even worth an offer.

I have no idea.i'd do these things first:-listen to every single episode of Wholesale Hotline-listen to every single episode of Real Estate Disruptors-go to every single meetup within 2 hours of you for 6 monthsthen re-evaluategood luck

Then I started listening to BP podcasts and other real estate investing podcasts and became interested in investing the money we have to work for us.

I'm a bit more civil nowadays and happy to listen and to put myself in their shoes before coming to any judgements or conclusions.
