I hope this helps, but please be sure to check with a licensed mortgage professional.Regarding the "free" real estate class, enjoy it and take good notes, but don't take a credit card or you'll be spending money on education that Bigger Pockets can, in large part, provide you for free or at a nominal cost for various books.
