Last with all the money paid to the NAR I'm disappointed the lawyers could not defend what the NAR claimed was a frivolous lawsuit.

Because when you've sold 75 homes in a single year by yourself (not all that impressive)... you don't need to listen to the nonsense that the unlicensed principals (such as yourself) have to say about your business practices.So long as the State of Arizona, the Federal Government, and the NAR say that Agents can wholesale, then I'm gonna wholesale and rehab, and landlord.
