Cheers,PT@Darlene Julien For what its worth, Im from Chelsea (Ive owmed multiple properties there too) and Ive been hearing my entire life it is gentryfying and getting better....and the same thing was said during my parents entire lifetime and you know what, its a worse crap hole today than it was 10, 20, 50 years ago.

I think multifamily is one of the best vehicles for passive income, tax benefits and growing wealth, but my why was to create a lifestyle that supported my business.A strong why will counteract any bumps in the road, in my case, some pretty big pot holes.
