Upon phone messaging or emailing them my first big surprise was that quite a few commercial agents wouldn’t even return the call or seemed standoffish.

We had a couple phone conversations and I feel the way he conveyed the image of what they do to be very misleading. 

Why aren't you on the phone to them every single day getting updates as to what is being done each day and what the timeline is for the remaining issues?

Here's the message from RentRedi: "During a routine review, our payment processor came across a transaction that they must do additional verification on.There was a transaction (#20) under cardholder name XXXXXXX  (amount: XXXXXXX).As this cardholder name doesn't match the tenant name (XXXXXXXXXXXX), further information is required about the cardholder:- Lease agreement - Cardholder name:- Billing address:- Cardholder phone number:- How the cardholder is associated with the tenant:Once this information is provided, I will relay this to the payment processor for review." 

Update on ConnectLinx.com - The company refuses to have a phone conversation even with a seasoned enterprise client which I find very odd for a platform looking to replace Rentlinx... 

You have $606 after tax dollars to spend on the rest of life's expenses, including investing, buying flowers for your significant other, cell phone bill, water/electric/vehicle expense/food/childcare/hair cuts/vacation. 

So you can imagine that profession invites hucksters who are great on the phone.
