Did those of us that missed the opportunity after 2008, and most of the appreciation and interest rates of the Trump era just miss the train? 

I must have missed that episode.

Airbnb is under tremendous pressure, missed earnings and all.

Even if the inspector misses something, at least the homeowner can demonstrate that they took reasonable efforts to ensure that the property is safe. 

What is astounding to me is the ready acceptance by the people purchasing these guru programs that with only the guru training they’ll be able to make tons of cash by identifying and tying up all these 40% + discount deals that all of us with the experience, education and capital have somehow missed.

Legally, in Alabama how long after missed payment can I do a pay or quit notice?
