There shouldn't be that many using the service if you pre-screen well -- I rent to the first tenant that fits my criteria, so I don't have a ton of fall-through.I do also think that checking their social media profiles and check their references as part of the application process is a good idea, as well.

You might be able to drive some small amount of organic traffic using social media but it's very little and not worth it.
