Maintenance is one of the biggest challenges, maybe even #1, in the Property Management industry.Seems maintenance is, Never Fast Enough for Tenants, or Cheap Enough for Owners!

Having the right manager in small towns is challenging

Apparently, the person I am under contract with was managing the estate of the actual owner who recently died.  

Technically as the manager of the LLC you can open an accout with any financial institution though they don’t all cooperate when it’s an IRA owned LLC. 

Focus on smaller single-family homes, condos with low HOA fees, or multi-family properties in these regions, and build a reliable local team of agents, property managers, and other professionals to ensure a smooth investing experience.

Talk to property managers and see if they would manage the other units.

Those sounds like great rentals and vacancy rates have been decent - our management team only has a handful of vacanies out of the 300+ we oversee, thankful for that.

Then it likely takes hiring a GC to manage the project.  

 I am looking for any local investor's, property managers, and agents  down in SC.
