We are on the minimum plan with four rentals and don't see the value in paying $180 a year to collect rents, payout rents more than a week later, and screen tenants when we have turnover.

I think at this point two years later he has quite a bit of reviews but most of them are just reviews of the program not saying how much money they've made using it but I would like to know how much the fee he was asking for the course is I'm interested in taking it because he does have some excellent information and 30 years experience

I noticed other companies charge the owner a fee like a $100 admin fee or something if we take over a property with a tenant the owner put in place and then have to evict them after a month to two later.
