It's been frustrating finally being ready to pull the trigger but not having any targets to hit, haha!

I'm very interested in the BRRRR strategy and working on building capital for a hard money loan and holding costs to pull the trigger.

But having said all this if you really find a great deal then make sure you analyze the numbers well and don't be afraid to pull the trigger!
