Sorry if this doesn't make sense as I'am still trying to wrap my head around this. a house goes into pre-foreclosure, probate, etc(motivated to sell) and is met by a real estate investor. Investor gives the homeowner ...

I believe that this creative side of me would allow for faster returns to the investor and provide innovative ways to accumulate wealth.
