It is not a big deal, simple repair.How.ever, I wonder how to handle the liability waiver just in case anyone would be infected since nobody knows each other's travel history and exposure conditions.I would simply hire a handyman if there wasn't this pandemic.

(I know that COGS is technically the wrong term to use, but when I see COGS on my P&L, I think Property Expenses.)Overhead Expenses are deductible expenses that exist even if all of the rental properties are vacant, such as automobile expense, office expense, office supplies, dues and subscriptions, postage and delivery, and telephone expense.
