., it depends on the scenario for each.An institutional investor that is buying A-class stabilized properties is going to get a lower rate in commercial than in single-family.However, someone buying a C-class rehab project with no tenants will get a higher rate.Obviously, these are extremes but hopefully, it illustrates the point.1-4 unit residential lending is based on the borrower profile, whereas commercial is more based on the deal.Hope this helps!

OTOH, you can also see those trends illustrated in those charts that show the prices of appliances, batteries, etc going down because we traded the viability of our own manufacturing and domestic blue collar work force for cheaper stuff.
